One of the big reasons for the large turnout at our 2013 Fall Run Banquet (the first in a few years) was probably due to people wanting to honor Mike Felege our first winner of THE PSA ANGLER APPRECIATION AWARD. It is to acknowledge a local angler that has done a lot to further the cause of the Pennsylvania Steelhead Association and enhancing the fishery, streams and access to them as a volunteer. The first award of this kind was presented to Mike at the Fall Run Banquet! Mike is a very deserving recipient and it will be hard to find others to live up to his legacy.
